Xiznit Copier ("the Software") is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on one server for your personal trading activities.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software in whole or in part. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of your license key will result in immediate revocation without refund.
Xiznit-Bot.com makes no guarantee of future software updates, maintenance, compatibility updates, or continued operation of any kind. The Software is provided as-is at the time of purchase.
⚠ IMPORTANT: While we intend to provide updates and improvements, we reserve the right to discontinue development, updates, support, or the business itself at any time without notice and without refund or compensation of any kind. The Software may become incompatible with broker platforms, operating systems, or third-party services over time. Xiznit-Bot.com bears no responsibility for such incompatibility.
Your purchase is for the current version of the Software only. This is a one-time license purchase, not a service agreement. Once purchased, you are solely responsible for maintaining, updating, and operating the Software.
Xiznit Copier is an automated trade copying tool only. Xiznit-Bot.com is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution of any kind. The Software does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, or market analysis of any kind.

Xiznit Copier is software and, like all software, may experience technical failures, interruptions, bugs, connectivity issues, or unexpected behavior at any time. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
The Software depends on third-party services including but not limited to Tradovate, Alpaca, Tradier, TradingView, cloud infrastructure providers, and internet connectivity. Xiznit-Bot.com is not responsible for outages, API changes, or service discontinuation by any third-party provider.
⚠ COPY TRADING RISK: Copying trades does not guarantee identical results to the leader account. Follower accounts may experience different fill prices, slippage, partial fills, or rejected orders due to market conditions, account size differences, broker execution differences, or timing delays. Xiznit-Bot.com is not liable for any performance differences between leader and follower accounts.
⚠ YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for monitoring all connected accounts and verifying that trades are copying correctly. Trades may fail to copy due to network issues, broker API downtime, server outages, expired tokens, or other technical circumstances beyond our control. Xiznit-Bot.com is not liable for any losses resulting from failed, delayed, or missed trade copies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XIZNIT-BOT.COM, ITS CREATORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, failed trade executions, missed opportunities, loss of data, broker account violations, prop firm violations, or any other financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Xiznit-Bot.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with your broker's terms of service and any restrictions on automated trading. Xiznit-Bot.com is not liable for broker account suspensions, terminations, or penalties resulting from your use of this Software.
If you use Xiznit Bot with a proprietary trading firm or funded account program, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with that firm's rules. Account violations, suspensions, loss of funding, or termination by a prop firm are not the responsibility of Xiznit-Bot.com under any circumstances.
You confirm that automated trading is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are legally permitted to use this Software. You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from trading activity executed through the Software. Xiznit-Bot.com provides no tax advice.
Xiznit Copier stores your broker API credentials locally on your own private server. Xiznit-Bot.com does not store, access, or transmit your API keys or trading credentials. However, the security of the server on which the Software is installed is entirely your responsibility.
⚠ YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: You are responsible for maintaining proper firewall rules, strong passwords, regular software updates, and secure access controls on any server where Xiznit Bot is installed. Any breach resulting from inadequate server security is solely your responsibility. Xiznit-Bot.com is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your server or credentials.
Xiznit-Bot.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, server failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, broker or exchange outages, or any other event outside our control.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of this product, Xiznit-Bot.com does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once the license key has been issued and/or the software package has been delivered. No refund will be issued for any reason including but not limited to: change of mind, trading losses, technical difficulties, inability to configure the software, broker incompatibility, prop firm violations, software failures, or dissatisfaction with results.
CHARGEBACKS WILL BE DISPUTED AND DENIED. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing Xiznit Copier, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately and permanently revoke your license key with no possibility of reinstatement; (b) provide your payment processor and bank with a full copy of this signed agreement, your purchase record, IP address log, and proof of software delivery as evidence that the chargeback is fraudulent; (c) pursue any and all legal remedies available under Texas law.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after receiving the Software constitutes fraud and you waive all rights to dispute the charge.
All code, algorithms, logic, and components of Xiznit Bot are the exclusive intellectual property of Xiznit-Bot.com and its creators, protected by copyright law and international treaties. Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Xiznit-Bot.com reserves the right to revoke your license key at any time, without refund, if you violate any term of this agreement, attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the Software, share your license key, or initiate a chargeback.

Your signature, IP address, and the date/time of signing will be recorded and stored as legally binding proof of your acceptance of all terms above. You are required to provide your true and accurate full legal name. Providing a false, fictitious, or incomplete name constitutes fraud and a material breach of this agreement. In the event a false name is detected or reported, Xiznit-Bot.com reserves the right to: (a) immediately and permanently revoke your license key without refund; (b) permanently ban you from purchasing any current or future products from Xiznit-Bot.com; (c) void this agreement entirely while retaining all payments made; (d) pursue any and all legal remedies available.
