Upon purchase, Xiznit Trading Bot LLC ("Company") grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, lifetime license to use one (1) instance of Xiznit Copier software. This license is for personal use on your own server infrastructure only.
Xiznit Copier is a software automation tool only. The Company does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are made solely by you. The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
Trading futures, stocks, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You acknowledge that you can lose some or all of your invested capital. You assume full responsibility for all trading activity executed through Xiznit Copier.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Xiznit Copier complies with the terms of service of any proprietary trading firm you are enrolled with. The Company makes no guarantees regarding compliance with any prop firm's rules. Certain prop firms prohibit fully automated trading — you must verify compliance before use. The Company is not liable for account violations, suspensions, or terminations resulting from your use of this software.
Xiznit Copier is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce profitable results. Technology failures, API outages, internet connectivity issues, and broker errors can cause missed or incorrect trade executions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Xiznit Copier. Your total remedy is limited to a refund of the purchase price.
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the license key has been delivered. If you experience technical issues, please contact support@xiznit-bot.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.
Xiznit Copier is self-hosted — your broker API keys and credentials are stored exclusively on your own server. The Company never has access to your API keys or trading accounts. You are solely responsible for the security of your server infrastructure.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software. One license covers one server installation only.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
